Privacy Policy

1. Scope and who we are

Dizon Strategies Inc. (“Dizon Strategies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent software studio. This Privacy Policy applies when you visit dizonstrategies.com, use a website, application, or other product that we operate, purchase a service from us, or communicate with us.

A product may provide an additional privacy notice describing practices specific to that product. That additional notice supplements this Policy; if the two conflict for that product, the product-specific notice controls.

2. Information we collect

• Information you provide. This may include your name, email address, organization, account credentials or authentication records, workspace details, communications, feedback, and other information you submit.
• Content you choose to process. Depending on the product, this may include queries, prompts, documents, notes, saved items, matter or project names, and other materials you upload or create.
• Payment and transaction information. Our payment processor collects payment-card and billing details. We receive customer, subscription, purchase, and limited billing information, but not your full payment-card number.
• Technical and usage information. We and the providers that support our services may receive IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, timestamps, interactions, diagnostic data, and security logs.
• Information from organizations and other sources. If an organization provides your access, we may receive account or authorization information from its administrator. A product may also process public records or licensed datasets as part of the service it provides.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate, personalize, and support our products and services;
• authenticate users and manage accounts, workspaces, purchases, and subscriptions;
• process searches, documents, prompts, and other requests you initiate;
• communicate about transactions, service changes, security, support, and, where permitted, products that may interest you;
• monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, improve our products, and develop new features;
• protect users, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, and secure our systems; and
• enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI, search, and automated features

Some products use search, embedding, language-model, or similar providers. When you invoke those features, we may transmit the text you submit, selected product context, and relevant excerpts to those providers so they can return the requested result. Product-specific notices may explain these workflows in more detail.

Do not submit confidential, privileged, sealed, regulated, or otherwise sensitive information unless the product is appropriate for that information and you are authorized to provide it.

5. When we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

• Service providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, payments, communications, security, customer support, search, and model-powered features;
• Your organization and its authorized administrators when you use an organization-managed account or workspace;
• Other people at your direction, such as when you share content, invite a collaborator, or use an integration;
• Authorities or affected parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or secure our services; and
• Parties to a business transaction involving a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies and online tracking

Our products may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, preferences, security, and core functionality. We do not use them to serve third-party behavioral advertising.

Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or advertising use to opt out of through a browser signal. Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal, we will do so. We do not otherwise respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals, for which there is no uniform industry standard.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, secure our systems, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information, the product, and the context in which it was collected. Backups and records subject to legal, security, or fraud-prevention requirements may remain for a limited period after deletion.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for choosing what information to submit.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

You may update certain account information within the relevant product and unsubscribe from non-transactional email using the instructions in the message. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

To make a request, email karlo@dizonstrategies.com. Please identify the product you used and the request you are making. We may need to verify your identity or authority, and legal exceptions may apply. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

10. International processing

Dizon Strategies is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. A product intended for use by schools or educators may provide additional terms and privacy information for that context.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our products, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy at this URL and update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
